very much enjoyed your weight registry series. was struck by 2 things( even tho i know they were composits) the low level of calories they subsist on- 1400 or less? also the poor eater and struggler had jobs requiring movenent( stocker and retail clerk) not sedentary at all. was this extra calorie burn figures into the exercise total? with the alarm about sitting, these people should be ahead of the game.
