Happy Canadian Thanksgiving 2014

Once again it is time to be thankful for everything I am blessed with and to help out when my wife’s Rotary Club (Edmonton Southeast) co-hosts their annual turkey feast for about 1,000 folks, many of who are homeless or barely manage to scrape through from one social security check to the next.
This time, it’ll once again be 25 turkeys complete with fixings and pumpkin pie, served in a laundromat in Southeast Edmonton – an event I look forward to every year.
